What is a direct top-up?
A direct top-up activates the plan on the Z.ai account you already own, so your history, settings and agent sessions stay under your control. You never hand over a shared login or password.
Which payment methods are supported?
Checkout runs through Stripe and is charged in US dollars by card. What appears on the Stripe page is what is supported for your region.
How fast is delivery after payment?
In-stock orders are delivered automatically, usually within minutes. Out-of-stock orders join a restock queue and are filled in payment order; the order page tracks progress.
Do I need to give you my password?
Never. Delivery is a credential plus an activation link on your order page. Never send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or full credentials to anyone.
Can I buy the yearly plan first?
You can, but if you have not used the plan before it is safer to start monthly, measure your real weekly usage and then lock in the quarterly or yearly discount.
What happens if the top-up fails?
Check the order page first. Orders that cannot be delivered are handled under the store policy and normally refunded the same day. Delivered credentials cannot be returned.
